You can access the list's archives here. To subscribe, send an e-mail with no subject to LISTSERV@LISTSERV.BROWN.EDU, with the following body: subscribe conlang (your name) However, the Conlang-L is not the only online conlanging community; there are actually quite a few of them. There are a number of spin-offs of the Conlang-L hosted at Yahoo Groups, including the Conculture-L and several "workshop" listservs that deal with subtypes of conlangs.
